Project Description:
This beautiful condominium is located on Forsyth in University City. The level of finish throughout the structure is very sophisticated, so the owner wanted nothing less than the best for his garage.
We started by adding heavy-duty wire shelving in the storage room. A simple, but useful work area was added by creating a custom butcher block work surface with cabinets overhead. Lot's of lighting and extra electrical outlets finished this area.
This owner didn't wish to be limited by only having a garden hose. The solution was a 16" x 16" stainless steel hand sink.
The final major component of the project was the polyurethane floor coating system. This system goes a step beyond the typical epoxy system by adding the extra layer of protection to the floor. This system has proven to offer greater protection from "tire-lift", stains, and fading.
All cabinetry installed on this project is from our new premium quality, custom-made line. Made right here in St. Louis
