3. Furnish and install 300 pound rated attic ladder
4. Furnish and install cabinets, workbench and framed pegboard
5. Power-wash and apply acrylic polymer sealer
6. Furnish and install new overhead lighting and attic lighting

- one (1) - 16" deep x 36" wide x 45" tall natural cabinet
- one (1) - 24" deep x 48" wide x 36" tall natural workbench
- one (1) - 48" x 24" framed pegboard
